These job aids were designed in Canva. All content is originally authored.

Objective

Create job aids to enhance the value of training, and help people perform their work.

The Process

Each job aid was designed as a sprint for a larger project. Each job aid followed the following development phase steps:

Identify and research content for job aid
Create job aid using Canva
Job aid submitted for client feedback
Revisions made and resubmitted for client approval

After each sprint of development, I reflected upon the deliverable. I identified what went well, what went wrong, and what could be improved. For example, if a job aid needed to be accessible on a mobile device, the dimensions of the job aid needed to be mobile friendly.

The Result

Job aids with tailored content suited for the needs of contracted clients.
